Situated within the heart of Johannesburg just next door to Ellis Park, a great restoration is happening. ACS has been working together with EDILPROPS to repurpose old industrial buildings that were previously abandoned and create new accommodations for the students of South Africa.

ACS has provided the design for a new Hot and Cold-Water plant, Borehole Water Plant, Drainage System, Hose Reel and Hydrants, Fire and Smoke Detection (Gaetal only), a Natural Gas boiler Plant, and HVAC to certain rooms.

The project provided a unique challenge as the building was not being built from the ground up and so the old layout had to be considered in the design.
